A prominent staffing and recruitment agency, Konsultia (representing AB Consulting), is seeking a highly driven Technical Specialist with comprehensive infrastructure and platform expertise. This temporary, full-time role is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and bridges the gap between technical strategy and hands-on operational execution.

Technical Infrastructure Specialist required in Sweden


Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Modernize, manage, and scale the digital infrastructure services that support a large-scale organizational ecosystem.
  • Automation & IaC: Implement and advance Infrastructure as Code (IaC), driving the automation of platform processes, deliveries, and reusable technical components.
  • Stability & Security: Oversee lifecycle management, capacity planning, and troubleshooting to guarantee secure, cost-effective, and scalable operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with architects, product development teams, and security specialists to introduce self-service solutions and share technical knowledge.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years working as an IT infrastructure or platform specialist, including at least 3 years handling complex environments within large organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced administration background in both Windows Server and Linux-based platforms. Proven experience with scripting and automated delivery flows.
  • Agile Frameworks: Solid understanding of agile work methodologies and a structured, quality-conscious approach to problem-solving.
  • Requirements: A valid Class B driver's license is required (as regional travel is expected). Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential.
