An established recruitment and staffing firm, Guldberg GmbH, is actively seeking a qualified Quality Validation Technician for a permanent placement. This role is based at a production facility in Schierling, Austria, with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours.
Core Responsibilities
  • Analysis: Perform detailed defect investigations on high-voltage battery packs and cell modules, documenting your findings in comprehensive root-cause reports.
  • Problem Solving: Partner with the diagnosis team to identify process and product flaws, implementing highly effective corrective actions.
  • Optimization: Support continuous improvement strategies for high-voltage battery assembly lines to optimize production costs, ergonomic layouts, and overall quality.
  • Collaboration: Act as the primary internal contact for plant quality issues, working hand-in-hand with development, manufacturing engineering, and production teams.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Education: Certified Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician degree, ideally with an electrical engineering focus. Additional credentials as a certified electrician are a major plus.
  • Experience: Practical background in the automotive sector, specifically working around electric or high-voltage systems.
  • Skills: Familiarity with typical automotive standards and methodologies, such as 8D reporting, Ishikawa diagrams, FMEA/APIS, bolting technology, or VDA 19 cleanliness standards.
  • Languages: Professional working proficiency in both German and English.
