Coffee Shop Manager Wanted – Solna Centrum
The well-known coffee brand, Espresso House Sweden Ltd., is looking for an energetic and experienced leader to take the helm of our Solna Centrum location in Stockholm. This is a full-time, direct-hire leadership position with excellent growth opportunities within a major industry leader.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Active Leadership: Spend approximately 90% of your time working directly behind the bar alongside your team, motivating, coaching, and leading by example.
- Full Accountability: Take charge of the entire coffee shop operation, including sales performance, financial results, staff management, work environment standards, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Culture Carrier: Run the daily shop business in strict alignment with our company values, visual standards, and operational policies.
